Training Options


Personal Training

Your body is unique, and your exercise program should be too! Every warm up and workout is written specifically for your fitness level and individual goals. This option is best if you are newly postpartum, have pelvic floor & core dysfunction, or simply want better and faster results. .


Small Group Sessions

Want your mom-crew to work out with you? Training as a group is great for accountability, and is a cost-effective alternative to personal training. Group size is limited to 4 women, and each will receive an individual consultation and assessment.


Remote Coaching

This option includes personalized modifications specific to your gym’s program so you can remain in class. This includes an initial consultation and unlimited communication with me via video, text, and email. If you are not currently a member of a gym, contact me for additional remote coaching options.
